At The Bible Mapped, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.

1. 30-Day Refund Window

We offer eligible refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

We do not accept returns. Instead, we evaluate refund requests based on eligibility criteria outlined below.


2. No Returns Policy

The Bible Mapped does not accept physical returns of products.

You are not required to send your item back unless explicitly instructed by our support team. Refunds are issued based on eligibility and supporting documentation, not on returned merchandise.


3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be granted within 30 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • The damage must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund.


B. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 30 days.

  • Provide clear photos of the item received and packaging.

  • Once verified, we will process an eligible refund.


C. Lost Packages (Confirmed by Carrier)

If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

  • Contact us at info@thebiblemapped.com.

  • We may require confirmation from the carrier.

  • Once verified, we will issue a refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor variations in color due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care

  • Orders outside the 30-day window

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer


5. How to Request a Refund

  • Clear photos or video evidence (if applicable)

Incomplete requests may delay processing.


6. Refund Approval & Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or payment provider).

The Bible Mapped reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and may result in additional review.
